Procedure reservation and appointment

  • Patient who makes an advance payment of $500 USD by any of the platforms to DRA ADRIANA RAMIREZ ODONTOLOGIA INTEGRAL; to book dental treatments, has a period of 6 months for the execution of the treatment. If at any time the patient does not schedule an appointment within this time the advance payment will not be refunded.
  • If for any personal reason the patient cannot schedule an appointment during the 6 months, he/she must report it in advance to the commercial area and can transfer it to another person or request a time slot to attend the appointment, notifying in writing to the person transferring the advance payment and/or scheduling the appointment date.
  • The advance payment is not refundable, if the patient makes the advance payment to take an offer, discount, special price this has a time limit, that is to say that the advance payment and the offer will be available as stipulated in the previous valuation. If the patient does not come on the stipulated dates the deposit can be used after the agreed date but the package will get its normal commercial value.
